During the initial free consultation we discuss your ideas with members of our staff who will help answer questions you may have. As part of this discussion we may offer valuable suggestions as to ways to accomplish your Web goals using a combination of creative design elements, the integration of existing (open-source) solutions such as blogs, custom software, or other services you might not have thought about such as content management and content creation assistance.

After the initial consultation a proposal is provided to you which estimates the cost for your porject based on our hourly rates. During the duration of your project our hourly rates will not change.

Complex Proposals and Project Estimates

For larger projects you may find that you need to have a more in-depth analysis performed about your Web site project—we may recommend a feasibility study or the development of a detailed project specification and site wireframe (virtual walkthrough) be constructed prior to undertaking any major investment of your time and money. We have observed that since a high percentage of industry software projects fail—and taking the time to do the site analysis up front will provide you with tangible deliverables and a clear understanding of your project details should you determine to proceed with the development using our services, utilizing anybody elses development services, or deteming to not proceed based on the proejct analysis.
