When a customer of yours feels like she received a poor product or service from your company she’ll quit buying from you in the future. That statement is obvious. And, if you run a good business that situation rarely occurs. So the rare loss of a customer due to a mistake is “small potatoes” compared with losing a significant percentage of your satisfied customers. This is what I call THE BIG SIN!
